Exhibition Suite on Thursday 15 October 2026

Planning is well underway for this year’s DSLS Annual School Leadership Conference which is taking place on 15 & 16 October 2026 at Saunton Sands Hotel, North Devon.

The Exhibition Suite will be running on Day 1 (Thursday 15 October) and to promote a high footfall, plenty of viewing time is factored into the programme plus other initiatives are organised to ensure that all stands receive prominent exposure.

The exhibitor package includes:

  • Company details, logo and profile within the Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide.
  • Lunch and refreshments for a maximum of two representatives.
  • Power, 1 x table and 2 x chairs per stand space.
  • Free hotel WiFi.
  • Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide (1 x hardcopy programme provided on the day, softcopy version advertised on the DSLS website).
  • Prize draw incentive for delegates to visit your stand.
  • Opportunity to promote special exhibition show offers to delegates prior to the conference.

Pricing for 2026 stand space is:

  • The Gallery (main exhibition area) – £600 + VAT
  • Captain’s Bridge – £500 + VAT

  • IMPORTANT: historically this event attracts a high level of interest in exhibitor opportunities and, with limited stands available, is usually oversubscribed. Therefore, all bookings will be reviewed prior to DSLS making the final decision to offer stand space. By submitting an online booking form, please note that this does not guarantee exhibition space. DSLS reserves the right and will make the final decision to allocate stands and give preference in order to provide new exhibitor opportunities, offer a broad spectrum of products and services, complement the event theme and ensure minimal duplication.
